13. Organizations

An Organization is a persistent entity on the Platform (a club, team, or tournament operator), distinct from a single tournament, managed by one or more users with different roles. When creating or managing an Organization:

  • • The owner and administrators are responsible for content published under its name (profile, tournaments, posts)
  • • Requesting verification means submitting real and truthful documentation proving the Organization's identity or operation; submitting false or misleading evidence may result in verification being denied and in sanctions
  • • The trust level (Standard, Verified, Partner) determines which additional features are available and may be reviewed or revoked by the Platform team
  • • Transferring ownership of an Organization is a deliberate action by the owner, subject to two-step verification, and cannot be unilaterally reversed by the new owner

Just like user accounts, an Organization may receive moderation actions (warning, restriction, or suspension) for violating these rules, with the right to appeal to the Platform team.
